Tout dépend du travail que tu souhaite réaliser (l'impression et le support jouent sur le rendu de la couleur) et de la teinte "or" que tu souhaite obtenir.

Par exemple tu peux utiliser des pantones pour avoir un rendu "métallique" (difficile si c'est un travail étudiant) les teintes 116 C, 117C, 118C, 119C donnent déjà un bon aperçu.
sinon tu peux utiliser les couleurs en hexadécimal (qui n'auront pas de rendu métallique)
par exemple pour un doré lumineux : #FFCC00.
